today after ut, walk wif goldie, jieying n miki to causeway..cos goldie wan to buy shoes lor...after tat go home myself by mrt

till here, im still in a happy mood...

but then.. back at AMK, i decided to go to the tr____tl__k ticket office which eventually ruin my mood of the entire night. the rationale of going there is bcos i accidentally buy wrong concession bus date, hence, i want to change date.

SO, 1 young china lady was attending me. but she dunno can she do this favor for me, which inturn turns to XXX lady for query. but then XXX from the transitlink ticket office gave me attitude saying:

'next time YOU! DUN NO hw to buy, come 'here' N FIND US! dun ANYHOW'

i was like, wat de FCUK la!!

i was merely asking isit possible to change the starting date of my concession n give me attitude! N still indirecting INSULTing me for not knowing how to use the machine to buy concession sia...if really cant change the starting date of my concession, jus nicely say its impossible, i can understand! why mus SHE say such kind of words n insult? like hello!!, i noe hw to read eng n i can follow the steps of the machine la..such simple thing need u to teach me?..isnt tat servicing line shuld be polite?!

so i ANGRILY say tis to her:

' WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE IS THIS?

IS THIS THE WAY YOU SERVICE PPL?

WHAT IS YOUR NAME?

I WILL SURELY COMPLAINT ABOUT U! where is your manager?'

guess wat the XXX staff does? ANS: she chickenly sit back to her own sit and cover her name tag ignoring me!and the china lady staff has to calm me down by saying sorry and immediately change my concession date. before my leaving, i eventually say to tat chicken staff to improve her servicing.
